Gilmore Services provides document imaging and management solutions in order to assist your organization to become a “paper-less” office. We offer turnkey imaging solutions consisting of document preparation, conversion scanning, information indexing, long or short term storing, and immediate retrieval of your formerly hard-copy paper documents.
Once we receive your company's documents, our team employs strict security procedures and maintains strict accountability as we begin the document conversion process:- Each document is physically prepared for digital conversion (removing staples, placing separator sheets, removing “sticky” notes that are covering important data, etc.).
- After your documents are prepared, our staff will customize the solution to fit the requirements stated for the imaging conversion.
- Files are then efficiently converted into an electronic format.
- These electronic files are then indexed by our staff to accommodate ease of future retrieval.
- The electronic data is then placed on the specified media (compact disk, DVD, etc).
- We deliver the media to you.
We can then either return the original documents to you, or confidentially destroy them by processing them through our industrial shredder. Gilmore Services is also a proven leader in off-site records management solutions that can alleviate company costs of maintaining and storing your original documents.
