Regional and National Accounts
Through Gilmore Services’ strategic alliance of affiliate organizations, we are uniquely qualified to provide service on either a local, regional, or national basis including service to portions of Canada. To enable Gilmore Services to reach customers who operate on a national or regional scale, we have formed partnerships across many geographic boundaries with well respected and trusted organizations that have complementary missions and core values which mirror our own. Through these affiliates we have the capability to service the largest national accounts while still maintaining control by providing the attention to detail Gilmore Services has become known for. Like ourselves, our partners too utilize the latest technologically advanced tools, systems, and methods as well as ecologically sound practices by recycling.
Operationally, services may vary from location to location, billing is managed from a central source allowing detailed invoicing by service and location to a home office or invoices can be directed to each location serviced. Custodial care of documents is assured throughout the document retrieval, transport, and destruction process by bonded and insured individuals maintaining the strictest level of security, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance at all times. Customer care is monitored with a centralized check and balance system to ensure that service schedules, service processes, and invoice procedures are in order.
