Gilmore Services offers quality storage containers including industry-standard storage cartons, and magnetic media cases. It’s our company policy that all off-site records will be stored in industry-standard boxes for reasons of economy, security, safety, and ease of retrieval.
Our most popular records box is the easily assembled 12" x 10" x 15" Miracle Box. It sets up in seconds and eliminates time consuming assembly. This box will last for years due to its double-walled, double-cornered, and double-floored construction. In addition, our box is made of Kraft acid-neutral material that helps protect your documents as well.
Compare this to copy paper, envelope, or standard moving boxes which are all single walled and have no stacking capabilities. They might seem easier to use, but accessing them is very difficult due to the flimsy quality of the boxes (not to mention the possibility of valuable information being lost as a result of poorly constructed boxes which typically deteriorate during the storage life-cycle).
