Gilmore Services provides a secure on-site audit room, at no charge, for authorized persons (yourself, company employees, or an auditor of your company) to view files. This room is complete with computer access and internet, as well as having access to our fax machines, copy machines, and phone services.
We have found this to be an invaluable service for our clients, as reviewing files is tedious enough without having to transport heavy boxes across town, or having to review them in a warehouse.

We know that dealing with an audit can be very stressful. Our audit room allows for comfort as well as separation from your business offices, which could be very crucial to working out a complex issue.
Please schedule, in advance, a minimum of two hours prior to your arrival, ensuring a time-slot for your uninterrupted use and allowing our Records Management personnel time to service the request. Records Management will not supervise authorized users unless special arrangements are made in advance.
