Gilmore Services’ Personalized Media Rotation option ensures that your tapes or other media:

- Can be routinely updated without incident
- Are rotated according to a schedule determined by you
- Are transferred in a safe, secure and expeditious manner to and from your facility
- Now have a detailed audit trail of activity
We customize our tape pickup and delivery to fit your backup schedule and procedures. Your media is transported in secure, environmentally controlled, GPS monitored vehicles to Gilmore Services and put immediately into our Vault Storage. At specific intervals of handling, your media is barcode scanned for tracking purposes in order to document the “chain of custody”. In addition, our vault is monitored 24/7/365 via video surveillance, access-controlled with sophisticated security systems, and is managed by trained teams of data protection professionals.
Our time proven organizational methods mean that we spend less time rotating media, and you spend less money. Our Media Rotation Service Associates handle client materials on a daily basis, so every detail can be left to us without cause for worry.
