Texas Attorney General Files Lawsuit for $2 Million
On September 29, 2008 the Attorney General cited Treatment Associates for exposing the medical records of more than 40 people. The actions taken by the Texas Attorney General is setting precedent for compliance to secure information destruction and storage.
