Gilmore Services Expands Imaging Division Into New Facilities

Pensacola, FL - Today, Gilmore Services announced that their imaging division would be relocating to larger facilities within the City of Pensacola. This is the most recent in a series of expansion moves for the 52-year-old family run business headquartered in Pensacola.
Ronnie Gilmore, President of the Pensacola based firm notes: “We have had such a positive response to our imaging services that it was in the best interest of our customers that we find a facility that allowed us to meet the demand we are facing. Through our ongoing customer surveys, we have learned the needs facing our customers. We used those expectations to develop a low cost service offering to meet their imaging and their electronic data storage needs. In order for us to fully exceed their expectations we felt this facility gave us the ability for even the largest, most complex imaging projects.”
Named Imaging Division Manager was Tom Biggs, a Gilmore employee for more than 15 years. Mr. Gilmore goes on to say, “Tom’s dedication to our company and our customers as well as his extensive technical experience made him the perfect candidate for the position. We know he will bring the same commitment to customer service that our customers have come to rely on.”
Mr. Biggs says, “The new facility will allow Gilmore Services to compete with even the most sophisticated imaging service bureaus in the country. While we are still open to travelling nationally for large projects, we developed this facility in Pensacola primarily for local imaging services. The imaging division will continue to work closely with our records management and shredding divisions, but this location will allow each of us in the imaging division to focus on only our imaging and electronic data storage customers needs. Customers have choices between many good products and services these days. To keep customers satisfied, new products and services have to be something they really need, preferably something with multiple benefits. By combining a number of critical areas to the data management function, this latest addition really does make our imaging center an extension of our clients’ businesses and we were happy to do it.”
