The traditional document imaging system requires client software to be installed on an in house network server and all user PC’s, requiring large up front capital expenditures that include up to date hardware and in house IT support. That doesn’t even include the software licensing fees, customization charges, and the cost to train all users.
Our cloud based storage system eliminates the expenditures described above and in the past few years there has been a shift towards the “cloud” for digital storage for those very reasons. Since there is no software to purchase or ongoing software support fees, there is no upfront cost. Since there isn’t any software to manage there are limited IT resources to manage. And since there are no software licenses, our cloud management system allows an unlimited number of authorized users access to documents from any location that has internet access. Customization and employee training is included in our software as a service (SaaS) model.
