This New Year Gilmore Services celebrates over 58 years of being trusted by thousands of organizations who choose to use our moving and storage facilities, our shredding and our imaging and records management services. We know we have enjoyed this good fortune only because of our proud history and philosophy of an uncompromising commitment to the highest possible levels of integrity and customer service. That promise of trust, care, and concern for each client's needs continues today as a cornerstone of our company's culture. As we enter 2013, we would like to share our vision for intensifying these client focused services.

Gilmore Services is more than just a shredding, imaging, records management and moving business—we exist to help customers accomplish tasks that are essential to them. Your business generates paperwork on employees and clients that must be securely managed and when needed, destroyed. Your business is affected by privacy legislation and must take reasonable measures to protect against unauthorized access to confidential information. Gilmore Services provides the most secure, convenient, cost-effective, and environmentally sound methods available for managing and/or destroying confidential documents to safeguard private information, maintain legislation compliance, and avoid breach-of-security situations that will result in a negative image and publicity for your business. Our customers have very specific needs and deserve our focused attention in addressing their requests with excellence. We believe that a professional, honest, and straightforward approach is the key to every productive, beneficial, and long-term relationship. Our goal is to create engaged, loyal customers by satisfying their needs better than the alternatives. We will seek new insights about emerging customer needs and design service solutions based on what customers tell us is important to them

Outstanding customer service requires that staff possess the necessary technical skills and competencies, a passion for excellence, strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, flexibility, a cooperative attitude, enthusiasm and initiative. We will continue to earn our customers’ trust by our performance and by open dialogue about what we can do together to grow the business.
#3 – We will continue working to raise efficiency in all operations
We will maintain a vigorous stance in fortifying our established best business practices and operations and in fostering new efficient operations. We will start with reducing our operating cost by leveraging the competences that we have built in our services and operations. That should include making further improvements and implementing initiatives aimed at maximizing synergies across our existing business services. Some of these initiatives will impact results for this year, but will help to streamline operations and costs as we go forward. We will continue to transform our operations to ensure we continue to be as efficient an organization as possible and provide our customers the most cost effective service available.
